Boston skyline lit by the rising sun as the moon sets. This Boston skyline picture was taken from Harborside Drive near Logan airport. To have the full moon appear large in the image, use of a telephoto lens is necessary. This type of shot is best attempted when the moonset time is close to sunrise and the exposure on the moon can be balanced with the exposure on the buildings. For cityscapes, shooting at sunrise also provides a nice warm glow on the skyline
